  * 8% VAT will be added to the above prices. * Above prices are per night with all-inclusive basis. * Cancellations after June 30, 2016 will not be accepted. Name changes are possible. * Participant who does not accommodate at the congress hotel or who has not made the reservation through the organization secretary will be considered as external participant and charged 50 Euro+VAT per day per person. Price includes coffee break services and lunch (08:00 to 18:00). Participants who reserve their rooms via Conference secretariat will be exempted from entrance fee of 50€+VAT per day.

* Free transportation between the airport and congress venue is organised the first and last day of the conference.
