This is a mandatory process requested by the U.E.M.S / EACCME (European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education) and very helpful for us. We want to learn how satisfied you were at the ESGO SoA 2018 Conference and what can be improved in the future ESGO events. Registration fees for participants include:
Admission to sessions, Admission to exhibition, Coffee and lunch breaks.
*In order to benefit from the ESGO Membership reduced rate, membership for 2018 must be valid and paid before September 1, 2018.
- Official VAT 20% is included in the registration fees.
- *Students must submit a statement signed by their Head of Department or a proof of their status.
- All participants and attendants must be registered. The above registration fees include entrance to the scientific meeting and exhibition area, conference bag, final program, name badge, coffee breaks and a lunch at the conference venue.
- All registrations are confirmed upon full payment of the registration fees. You can finalize your registration via the online Registration & Accommodation System by online credit card payment or bank transfer. If case you pay by a bank transfer, please send the receipt of payment to the conference secretariat via e-mail in order to get confirmation of the registration.
All cancellations will be valid if notified in writing to the organization secretariat at email@example.com.
The following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellations received until June 30, 2018 - penalty fee of 20 euros.
Cancellations received from July 1 until August 31, 2018 - 50% of total amount cancelled.
Cancellations received from September 1, 2018 onwards - 100% of total amount cancelled.
All refunds will be processed within one month after the conference.
