Conference Dates

Conference will be held on December 14 - 16, 2020 

Due to current pandemic of Covid-19 the conference will be held as virtual meeting. 

Covid-19 and safety of our participants

ESGO has been closely following all news regarding the Covid-19 pandemic and after a careful consideration the ESGO 2020 Organizing committee has decided that it is not possible to hold a face-to-face meeting in Copenhagen. The ESGO 2020 will be held as purely virtual meeting. 

Abstract Publication and Embargo Policy

Abstracts will be available in the conference mobile application and on the conference website approx. two weeks before the conference. ESGO2020 SoA Conference abstracts will be published as an online supplement to the International Journal of Gynecological Cancer. Click here for more information about the journal. 

CME Accreditation

ESGO State of the Art Conference has been granted credits 12 European CME credits (ECMEC®s) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®). 4 CME credits are granted for each day of the conference.

The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS).

Language

The official language of the conference is English.

All abstract submissions and presentations should be in English.

Photography, Recording Privileges

Conference content is the copyright of ESGO, however, non-flash photography using personal devices and for strictly personal, social or non-commercial use, is permitted if not disruptive to the speaker and/or other session attendees.  Video or audio recording in scientific sessions is not permitted unless authorized by ESGO.

Webcasting

The conference webcast will capture the official programme, where speaker permission is granted. The webcast will be available to ESGO members (through ESGO eAcademy). The delegates will have access to all recording two months after the conference.
